1. "Pain"--Ace Hood
The shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri has rallied protestors of all colors and kinds, and rappers are no exception. Rap and hip hop music can be used as important platforms for protest; a place to speak out against police brutality, racism, the casual disposal of black bodies, and treating people as expendables. However, I won't bore you with my opinions on the subject, I like Ace Hood's take on it better anyway. LISTEN UP. SPEAK UP.
